Located
at Thônes in Haute-Savoie (the capital of the
Reblochon), our farm is home to about thirty Abondance
milkers: a local mountain breed noted for the quality
and richness of its milk.

All year
round, our cows are given natural feed with no ensilage.
At the end of May every year, we leave Thônes
to go up to our summer pastures located at 1,500 m altitude.
The grass there is rich and sweet with the scent of
mountain flowers.
Our Reblochon
is processed on the farm in premises that meet European
standards in full.
